Pricing & Availability
All prices on the website are stated in DKK/EUR including VAT, applicable at the time of purchase. Products may occasionally be sold out at the time of purchase. Dispatch times are estimated. Payment is not deducted from your account until dispatch or pickup.
Contract
By placing an order with TAMEKO, you agree to a contract with us. We will send an email receipt confirming your order as an automatic acknowledgment. Your offer to purchase is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation by email. You will receive an invoice by email when your order is dispatched from TAMEKO, indicating the time of dispatch and payment withdrawal. Keep all correspondence relating to your order.
Delivery
Your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days. We use DHL or FedEx for shipping. Shipping fees vary by country and are visible at checkout before final acceptance. Tracking information is sent upon dispatch.
Payment
We accept various payment forms including VISA, Dankort, eDankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and JCB. Payment is taken only at the time of dispatch or pickup. All prices include 25% VAT.
Security
TAMEKO uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in partnership with PBS, ensuring secure, encrypted transactions. Your credit card details remain unseen by TAMEKO or others, as only the transaction approval is communicated to us.
Returns
You may return products within 14 days if they do not meet your expectations. Contact us prior to returning goods with a reason. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving returned goods. Include your order number and contact details in the return parcel.

Complaints
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month complaint right from receipt of goods, covering defects present at delivery. Documented shipping costs for returned defective goods are refundable if the complaint is valid.

Age Restrictions
TAMEKO does not sell to individuals under 18 years old. Minors require parental or guardian assistance to purchase.
