TAMEKO and OEO Studio present Collection003. This series of textile pieces, known as collection 003, supports rest, movement, and care. It shares an appreciation for natural materials and quiet design. The collection introduces products for personal wellbeing and thoughtful gifting.
The collection includes kimonos, towels, bags, and pouches. It also features reusable cotton pads and eye masks. Yoga blankets, mats, and matching bags are also included. These pieces support everyday rituals like movement, rest, travel, and self-care.
“OEO Studio felt like a very intuitive partner for this collection. Through our previous collaboration, we have come to understand not only their design approach, but also the way they live and think about everyday rituals. Their connection to Japan, and the quiet sense of balance that runs through their work, resonated strongly with our vision for TAMEKO. Together, we wanted to create a collection that feels personal—objects you reach for daily, that support moments of rest, movement, and care in a very natural way.”
A PALETTE SHAPED BY NATURE & LIGHT
Collection 003 has a rich, balanced palette. It is inspired by shifting natural tones. These colors feel grounded and atmospheric. They reflect OEO Studio’s material and environment sensitivity. The hues draw from subtle nature observations. Multiple tones coexist within a single moment, especially in coastal landscapes.
The palette introduces Amber, a warm, sunlit tone with a soft glow. Indigo is a deep, calming blue. It is reminiscent of water and depth. Marigold is a muted golden shade, bringing warmth and quiet energy. Stone is a neutral mineral grey. It anchors the collection with understated elegance.
Classic white and natural shades complement these tones. This allows materials to speak in their purest form. The colors work individually and in combination. They invite layering across different settings. These include the bathroom, bedroom, and spaces for rest and movement.
Together, they create a cohesive visual language that feels calm, tactile, and intuitively connected to everyday life.
The design language is subtle yet expressive. It focuses on surfaces that invite touch. Quiet detailing reveals itself slowly. A sense of serene composure supports elevated living. Carefully balanced textures offer a layered sensory experience. Thoughtful construction also contributes to this experience.

The focus is on creating immediate and approachable pieces. Comfort, durability, and quiet refinement coexist in natural balance.
We approached the collection from the perspective of use — how these pieces would function across different moments of the day, and how they would feel over time.
It was important for us to create objects we would naturally use ourselves, where comfort, proportion, and material come together in a very intuitive way.
Working with TAMEKO allowed us to focus deeply on the development of the fabrics, which ultimately defines the character of each piece. There is a quiet honesty in that process, where the material guides the outcome.
A NEW LANGUAGE OF GIFITNG: EVERYDAY RITUALS (COLLECTION 003)
Gifting shifted from display objects to objects of care. Pieces are chosen for their use and how they are lived with. Textiles now have a new role. They support moments of rest, recovery, and everyday rituals. These rituals often go unnoticed.
//Collection 003 explores this idea. TAMEKO offers pieces for natural giving. It can be a gesture of appreciation or a shared experience. It can also be a quiet invitation to slow down.
Rather than occasion-driven, the collection reflects a more personal approach to gifting, where usefulness, comfort, and longevity hold greater value. In this way, gifting becomes less about the object itself, and more about the intention behind it.
TAMEKO’s fabrics for life philosophy is central to //Collection 003. It believes every product begins with the material. The focus is on developing textiles that feel right. These materials should be suitable for living with over time. Creating these fabrics is often the most considered part. It is also the most time-intensive part of the collection.
Every textile achieves a precise balance. This includes tactility, durability, and comfort. Once in product form, it supports daily use. It provides ease and longevity.
