Welcome to TAMEKO. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices on the website are stated in DKK/EUR, including VAT applicable at the time of purchase. Products may occasionally be sold out at the time of purchase. Dispatch times are estimated, and payment is not deducted from your account until the product is dispatched or picked up.

3. Contract

By placing an order with TAMEKO, you agree to a contract with us. We will send an email receipt confirming your order as an automatic acknowledgment. Your offer to purchase is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation by email. You will receive an invoice when your order is dispatched, which will indicate the time of dispatch and payment withdrawal. Please keep all correspondence relating to your order.

4. Payment

We accept VISA, Dankort, eDankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and JCB. Payment will only be processed when the product is shipped, unless the product is a digital item. For digital products, payment is processed at the time of purchase. All prices include 25% VAT.

5. Security

TAMEKO uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in partnership with PBS, ensuring secure, encrypted transactions. Your credit card details remain unseen by TAMEKO or others, as only the transaction approval is communicated to us.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days. We use DHL or FedEx for shipping. Shipping fees vary by country and are displayed at checkout before final acceptance. Tracking information is sent upon dispatch. Products with longer delivery times will be clearly marked on the product page.

Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For products with longer delivery times, customers will receive updates on their order status via email.

7. Returns

You may return products within 14 days if they do not meet your expectations. Contact us prior to returning goods with the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs unless otherwise specified.

When returning an item, the customer must provide the following information:

Order number
Contact details (name, phone number, and email)
Reason for return

Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving returned goods. Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Complaints

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month complaint right from receipt of goods, covering defects present at delivery. Documented shipping costs for returned defective goods are refundable if the complaint is valid.

9. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. You will receive a confirmation email, and the funds will be credited within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

10. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the product has shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you will need to follow the returns process.

11. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at studio@tameko.dk, providing your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

12. Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Danish law.

13. Data Protection

We collect the necessary information for a smooth shopping experience and comply with data protection laws. No individual-identifying data is shared with third parties. Traffic data collected is used to enhance the website experience.
