Alpaca fibre provides excellent insulation. Its structure helps retain warmth when it is needed while allowing excess heat and moisture to escape, contributing to a naturally balanced sleeping environment throughout the night.
UNWONTED's duvets are filled with 100% Polish alpaca fibre sourced from farms across Poland.
Medium weight (All-season)
400 g/m²Warmth without the weight. Comfortable from cool spring nights to mild autumn evenings, and suited to centrally heated homes.
Choose it if you want one duvet for the whole year.
Warm weight (Winter)
600 g/m²A fuller loft and more warmth, while staying breathable. Made for the coldest months.
Choose it if you sleep cold, or the bedroom is cool or unheated.

The collaboration follows the brands' first presentation together during 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen in June 2026, where TAMEKO bed linen and UNWONTED alpaca duvets appeared in Summer Nights, an exhibition curated by 3daysofdesign.
Presented together in an experimental setting conceived by Tom Sheppard, the products revealed a natural compatibility between the two brands - aesthetically, materially and in their approach to creating products for everyday life. The response encouraged TAMEKO and UNWONTED to develop the relationship into an ongoing partnership.
There is also a personal connection behind the partnership. Both based in Copenhagen and originally from Poland, TAMEKO co-founder Dominika Leveau and UNWONTED founder Agnieszka Sela share an appreciation for natural materials and considered design.

Alpacas are sheared regularly, yet much of the fleece produced by Polish farms has historically had limited commercial use. UNWONTED transforms this fibre into long-lasting bedding rather than allowing a valuable natural material to go to waste.
