Machine wash at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle
Use a mild detergent
Wash with similar colours
Do not bleach or use optical brighteners
Avoid fabric softeners, as they reduce breathability
Line dry where possible, away from direct sunlight
Tumble dry on low heat only if needed
Remove while slightly damp to minimise creasing
