The Sora Eye Mask is crafted from a considered blend of filament and spun silk, sourced and developed in India — a region with a long-standing heritage in silk production.
From the cultivation of silk fibres to spinning, weaving, and final construction, the process takes place within a closely connected network of skilled makers. This continuity allows for both quality control and a more responsible approach to material use.
Filament silk, made from continuous fibres, brings a naturally smooth, luminous surface with a refined, almost weightless feel. Spun silk, created from shorter fibres that would otherwise go to waste, introduces a softer, more matte texture and adds strength to the fabric.
By combining the two, the material balances quiet luxury with thoughtful resource use — resulting in a fabric that feels gentle against the skin, while making use of fibres in their entirety.
Silk is a natural, biodegradable material, valued for its durability and ability to regulate temperature, enhancing comfort in moments of rest.
